Redeemer Kids

At Redeemer Community Church, we truly believe one of our greatest investments is future generations. Therefore, we strive for excellence in ministry to children through Redeemer Kids (RK). We have a variety of ministries and opportunities for our children.

At our Worship Gatherings on Sundays, you can feel a sense of comfort as you check-in your children. It is a secure, safe, and easy process. After check-in, your children will receive the best care from our amazing RK Serve Team. We have excellent, well-trained children’s and nursery workers who have passed all the necessary background requirements. We divide the children by age with Nursery, Preschool, and “Big” School. Nursery and Preschool are our early childhood ministries for children 6 weeks to 4 years of age. Each service we have the privilege of loving, caring for, playing with, and teaching this younger group through age appropriate worship and lessons. “Big” School is our elementary ages children’s ministry. We welcome all children in kindergarten thru 5th grade to join us each week as we go through stories from the Bible that come to life with video, music, activities, and more.

Throughout the year, we have various events and opportunities for our children: RK Serve Days, Easter Egg Hunt, Rock the Block, Pool Parties, Fall Festivals, and much more!

The Redeemer Kids Annex is located across the street from the Worship Center and hosts our Redeemer Nursery, Redeemer Preschool, and Redeemer Kids.

What’s HAPPENING right NOW…

Sunday Mornings at Redeemer Kids:

We use The Gospel Project curriculum on Sunday mornings at 8:30AM and 10:30AM. The Gospel Project is all about the gospel because the gospel is all about Jesus.

gospel story

From Genesis the Revelation, we celebrate the redemptive plan that unfolds throughout all Scripture.

gospel culture

We believe the gospel ultimately draws us into community and helps us develop a culture that is saturated by grace and the gospel.

gospel mission

Good news is contagious, and The Gospel Project encourages people of all ages to live invitationally—at home and around the world.

DURING THE SCHOOL YEAR…

WEDNESDAY NIGHTS AT REDEEMER KIDS:

CHILDREN IN ACTION 6:00-7:30PM

Children in Action is a coed group designed for boys and girls ages 1st-5th Grade to come to faith in Christ while making missions an important part of their daily lives. They learn what it means to live a missional lifestyle while they participate in Bible studies, missions projects and engaging activities. They also have a lot of fun as they "travel" to various places around the world when they learn about and pray for the work of missionaries. We also have once-a-month mission actions (field trips)!

Preschool - Kindergarten (3K - 5 years) 6:00-7:00Pm

Each Wednesday evening, Preschool - Kindergartners will meet in the Preschool Room of the Redeemer Kids Building. They will be using The Jesus Storybook curriculum. Children will love the vivid illustrations and animated videos that bring to life Bible stories from both the Old and New Testament. They’ll learn that every story in the Bible points to Jesus — and what that means for them! Most of our preschoolers already have a Jesus Storybook Bible, but if you do not own one, we would love to give one to your child as a gift!

But he said to them, ‘It is necessary for me to proclaim the good news about the kingdom of God to the other towns also, because I was sent for this purpose.
— Luke 4:43
