What time does service start?

Oneonta service times are 8:30 AM and 10:30 AM.

Where is Redeemer Community Church?

The Oneonta Campus is located at 300 1st Ave E, Oneonta, AL 35121.

What are the services like?

Each service is typically 75 minutes long and has a time of worship, Bible based preaching, announcements, and offering, but not always in that order!

How does the music sound? What kind of music do you play?

We have our own worship team with its own unique sound. Styles range from gospel, hymns, contemporary, and more. Our worship team represents different creative expressions, so you can expect anything. Our aim is to please God through these expressions while we lead our faith family into worshipping Him.

What should I wear?

We care about YOU, not what you’re wearing! We want you to feel welcome just as you are. Our dress code is simple: wear something! Most of us wear casual clothes at our services, although some dress up. We’d like to think you will be as comfortable in a T-shirt and jeans as you would be in a business suit.

Where do I park?

Parking is available along 1st Ave E, 3rd St, and other areas of downtown Oneonta surrounding the church. Handicap parking and Visitor parking are located near the entrance of the church building.

Is there someone who can help me get situated when I come to visit?

Yes. We know that coming to a new church for the first time can be intimidating. We have a greeting team who would love to meet you and and show you around! So, feel free to say, “This is my first time” and we’ll guide you in. Or, we would love for you to Plan Your Visit, so we know when you are coming. Fill out the Plan A Visit Form and when you come for your visit, someone will greet you in the lobby and help get you and your family where you need to be. Our team of dedicated volunteers will do everything they can to make sure you have the best experience possible.

Can I bring my kids?

Of course! We love kids at Redeemer and offer age-appropriate environments where your kids (Birth - 5th grade) will learn about Jesus and the Bible on their level. We have excellent, well-trained children’s and nursery workers who have passed all the necessary background requirements. We ask that you check your kids into our kids’ area so that your children can enjoy a service tailored specifically for their age group. If you’d feel more comfortable having your kids attend service with you, however, this is also acceptable!

The Redeemer Kids Building is located across the street from the Worship Center and houses Redeemer Nursery, Redeemer Preschool, and Redeemer Kids.

What about food & drink?

Grab a hot cup of coffee or a bottle of water (or bring it with you) and a doughnut and sit wherever you’d like. Food and drink are allowed in the worship center so make yourself at home!
